New flight services to the Gulf from Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: More flight services would be launched from the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport to the Gulf countries.

The IndiGo Airlines will start new services to Abu Dhabi in the UAE, and to Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

The first flight to Abu Dhabi will take off from Thiruvananthapuram at 9.30pm on Wednesday and land at Abu Dhabi at 12.10am. The return journey will commence at 1.30am on Thursday and land at Thiruvananthapuram at 7.15am.

The flight services will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The flight service to Dammam will be started on July 1. The flight, which will depart from Thiruvananthapuram at 7.55am, will land at Dammam at 10.10am. The return flight will depart at 11.35am and arrive at Thiruvananthapuram at 7.30pm.

The ticket booking for both services have been started.

The new services are being launched owing to the long-standing demand of passengers for starting more services to Gulf countries.
