New adventure rides make Akkulam Tourist Village in TVM more exciting

The travel junkies love to get their perfect dose of adrenaline rush along with the opportunities to enjoy the beautiful sights while touring a particular destination. If you are into adventure, then a new bouquet of thrilling activities awaits you at the Akkulam Tourist Village in Thiruvananthapuram district. Many adventurous rides, including sky cycling, had been recently inaugurated at the village.

It may be noted that the Akkulam Tourist Village is becoming the first adventure tourist destination in Thiruvananthapuram district. The newly introduced rides include sky cycling, zip line, Burma bridge and bamboo ladder, among others. Along with the rip-roaring rides, the village boasts of India’s first musical fire fountain.

Kerala Tourism Minister P A Mohamed Riyas inaugurated the new rides the other day and the adventure rides are conducted following all safety protocol. Till new year, the general public can avail 30 percent and children 40 percent discount on entry fees.
