Palakkad: The railway authorities have made a few regulations to facilitate track maintenance works in various locations in the Palakkad division in the coming days.
The Shoranur Junction – Kozhikode Special Express (train no. 06455) commencing on March 9 will be fully cancelled. The train service will be fully cancelled on March 16 and 23 also. Likewise, the Kozhikode – Shoranur Junction Special Express (train no. 06456) on March 10 from Kozhikode will be fully cancelled. The train services will be cancelled on March 17 and 24 as well.
The Nilambur Road - Shoranur Junction Express Special (train No. 06470) services leaving Nilambur Road at 5.30 am on March 10, 16 and 17 are fully cancelled. Likewise, the Shoranur Junction – Nilambur Road Express Special (train no. 06467) services leaving Shoranur Junction at 9.00 am March 10, 17 and 17 are fully cancelled.
The Kochuveli – Srinagar Weekly Express (train no. 16312) on March 9 from Kochuveli will depart at 4.30 instead of its usual timing i.e. 3.45 pm. The same train leaving on March 16 will run late by four hours at 7.45 pm and the train will be late by one hour on March 23 to leave the Kochuveli station at 4.45 pm.
