Kochuveli – Bengaluru weekly special train to be flagged off today

Bengaluru: To the relief of hundreds of passengers, a weekly special train service (06083/06084) will be operated from Kochuveli to Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal in Baiyyapanahalli (SMVT), in April and May, considering the Vishu and Ramadan festival season and the summer holidays. The train that departs from Kochuveli this evening at 6.05 pm will reach SMVT at 10.55 am tomorrow. Meanwhile, the return trip begins from SMVT at 12.45 pm and reaches Kochuveli by 6.45 pm on April 11.

Weekly services will be operated from Kochuveli on April 16, 23, and 30 as well as on May 7, 14, 21 and 28. Meanwhile, trains are available from SMVT on April 17 and 24 and on May 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29. This special train will have stops at Kollam, Kayamkulam, Mavelikkara, Chengannur, Thiruvalla, Changanassery, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad and KR Puram stations.
