KSRTC will run special services on May 6 and 7 as part of the Thrissur Pooram festivities. Special services are scheduled to multiple routes, including the ones with minimal private bus services, this evening and tomorrow morning after the vedikettu (fireworks). Besides the regular services, special services have been announced for many inner parts of the district.

Private bus services
1) Private buses from Ottapalam, Shoranur, Medical College, Chelakkara, Pazhayannur, Cheroor, Varadiyam and Mundoor will end service at the North bus stand via Peringavu – Ashwini route.
2) Buses from Kunnamkulam, Guruvayoor, Kozhikode, Chavakkad, Pangu and Pavaratti will run services from Poonkunnam to the North bus stand via Patturakkal.

3) Buses to Ammadam, Kodannur, Amballur, Kallur, Anakallu, Ponnookara, Mannuthi, Irinjalakkuda, Kodungallur, Kodakara, Nedupuzha and Koorkancherry will reach the Shaktan stand via Balya Junction. The return services begin from the Shaktan stand.
4) Buses from Kanjani, Aranattukara, Anthikad, Manakodi and Olari will end services at Padinjarekkara. The return services will also begin from here.
