Palakkad: KSRTC has launched a brand-new AC seater bus from Palakkad to Bengaluru, catering to the long-time demand of travellers. The bus, which boasts high-tech modern facilities, will soon begin service from the Palakkad depot. It features 50 push-back seats, charging points at each seat, AC vents, a reading light, handrests, footrests, a TV, and a high-quality sound system.

Besides, the bus is also equipped with a fire detection and suppression system (FDSS). Meanwhile, the body of the bus features the tricolour of the Indian flag. KSRTC officials stated that the bus has been designed to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for passengers.

The AC bus has been allowed in place of the deluxe buses that operate the Bengaluru route. The bus departs at 9 pm from the Palakkad depot and at 9.15 pm from Bengaluru. Meanwhile, one more bus has been allotted for the Palakkad depot, which will be delivered soon. Tickets could be booked via the Ente KSRTC Neo OPRS App or the website. Passengers can also purchase tickets at the depot counter.
