Munnar depot's new long distance services to Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode flagged off

Two long-distance bus services have been flagged off from the KSRTC Munnar depot. Brand-new, superfast Swift buses would run from Munnar to Thiruvananthapuram at 3 am and to Kozhikode at 8.20 am. The Thiruvananthapuram bus via Kottayam reaches the destination at 10.20 am. Meanwhile, the return trip starts at 3 pm and reaches Munnar by 10.30 pm. 

The bus to Kozhikode departs at 8.20 am and arrives at 3.30 pm. The return trip starts at 9.30 pm and arrives in Munnar by 4:30 am. Both buses operate via Anachal. A Raja MLA flagged off the buses at a special event held at the depot yesterday. Meanwhile, the buses will start running from today onwards.

Besides, a new low-floor bus service from Munnar to Thiruvananthapuram (Pappanamkode) will start from Saturday. This bus departs at 2 pm and reaches Thiruvananthapuram via Kottayam at 9.25 pm. The return trip is at 12.10 am and reaches Munnar at 7.30 am.
