Utsav 2023: Fashion, festivities, and a heartfelt cause

The 18th edition of Utsav, hosted by Kottayam Ladies Circle no 48, unfolds at Benjamin Bailey Hall, Chalukunnu in Kottayam. Renowned designers from across India present an array of Western and designer wear, children’s apparel, exquisite jewelry, chic footwear, Christmas decor, and stunning home décor. The event takes place over two days, on the 22nd and 23rd of November.
