Applications can be submitted online till March 10 for the four-year BSc (Nursing) course which can earn you the post of an officer in the Military Nursing Service. Only female candidates - unmarried women, divorcees or widows can apply.
Educational qualifications to apply are passing a Plus Two regular course in the first chance with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks in Biology (Botany, Zoology), Physics, Chemistry and English. Students now appearing for the Class 12 exams also can apply.
Another condition says that applicants should be born between October 1, 1996 and September 30, 2004.
On successful completion of the course, candidates would be appointed as permanent/short service commissioned officer in the Military Nursing Service.
Selection for the BSc (Nursing) course is based on a written test, interview and a medical examination. While the written test is scheduled to be held in April, the interview would take place in June.
