The Mahatma Gandhi University's M-Tech program enables students to pursue their passion projects by linking them with global centres of research in India and abroad.

The University has already teamed up with various institutions to facilitate this.

The programme, aimed at moulding researchers and professionals for the power sector, offers 12 seats in a batch. Of them, two are reserved for qualified students from abroad while the remaining 10 are for students from India.

Classes will be conducted by experts from eminent universities and research centres both in India and abroad.

Those who have a valid degree in nano-science/technology or popular science branches including physics, chemistry or material/polymer science can apply. B-tech graduates will also be considered.

Admissions to this programme will be based on the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the University. However, students with excellent GATE scores are exempted from this exam.

The last date for applications is July 12. You can apply by visiting the University website -  www.cat.mgu.ac.in.

Details can also be gathered by calling: 0481 2733595, 9188661784 or emailing cat@mgu.ac.in.
