Manorama Online– Jain University Thought Leadership contest flagged off

Kottayam: Inaugurating the Manorama Online–Jain University Thought Leadership Fellowship Awards, 2021, contest and its website, APM Muhammad Haneesh, Principal Secretary, public education department, said that a unique education system which combines traditional learning with the incredible scope of online education would be the highlight of future learning. He, however, added that there needs to be more clarity about holding online exams and evaluation in a transparent manner and also conducting practical exams.

Jain University Initiatives Director Tom Joseph and Manorama Online Marketing General Manager Bobby Paul also spoke at the event.

The Thought Leadership contest has been conducted as part of the Techspectations Educate 2021, the biggest digital summit in Kerala.

Graduate and post-graduate students, higher secondary teachers, college teachers and research scholars can take part in the contest that aims to seek unique and novel ideas about making online education more effective and accessible.

The contestants who win the first five places can present their ideas at the Techspectations Educate summit. The winner of each category would get a cash price of Rs 50,000, while the second and third prize winners would get Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively.
