ICSE, ISE first semester exams postponed; new dates later

New Delhi: The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has postponed the first semester examinations of classes 10 and 12 that were scheduled to begin on 15 November.  

The Council hasn’t disclosed the reason for the postponement.

The board hasn’t noted the reason for the postponement.
The new timetable would be published later. "CISCE has decided to postpone class 10 and 12 first semester examination for 2021-22 session due to reasons beyond our control. All stakeholders will be informed of a revised schedule in due course of time,"  Council chief executive and secretary Gerry Arathoon stated in an order dated October 19.

The CISCE holds the the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education and the Indian School Certificate Examination for Class 10 and Class 12, respectively.
