Delhi University: Last day for spot admission to 14,000 vacant graduate seats

New Delhi: The spot admission to around 14,000 vacant seats for graduate courses at various colleges in the University of Delhi will end on Tuesday, Nov 22. The spot allocation list would be published on Wednesday.

Haneeth Gandhi, the Dean (Admissions) said that the details of the vacant seats at the various colleges have been published on the common seat allocation portal. Interested candidates may apply until the last day.

The vacant seats are mostly in the Science subjects.

After completing three rounds of admission, around 59,401 students have secured admission at various colleges. Meanwhile, around 2,000 students have withdrawn their admission.

In the third stage, those allotted seats include Kashmiri migrants and those seeking admissions against extra-curricular activities. The list of the seats that has fallen vacant after these rounds has been published now.

The spot admission commenced on Monday.

Those allotted seats can finalise the seat and the college from 24 to 26 November. The students who got admission can pay the fee until 27 November.
