Manorama Horizon, the online educational platform from the house of Malayala Manorama, has launched an online certificate course titled 'Artificial Neural Network (ANN): The Gateway To Artificial Intelligence' in association with the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam.

The course, which is set to begin on March 20, will be taught by Dr Suchithra M S, Assistant Professor, Computer Science Engineering, at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam.

The course is aimed at individuals who are interested in the field of Artificial Intelligence and wish to explore the world of neural networks. Upon completion of the course, an e-certificate will be provided to all subscribers.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science that focuses on creating machines that can perform tasks that require human-like intelligence. Neural networks, also known as Artificial Neural Network (ANN)s, are a subset of machine learning and are at the heart of deep learning algorithms. Their name and structure are inspired by the human brain, mimicking the way that biological neurons signal to one another.

The course will begin with an introduction to the human brain and how it inspires the construction of artificial neural networks. Neural networks allow computer programmes to recognize patterns and solve common problems in the fields of AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

This course promises to provide individuals with a comprehensive understanding of neural networks, their uses, and their applications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. As technology continues to advance, this course can prove to be an essential tool for individuals interested in exploring the vast field of Artificial Intelligence.
