SPA Bhopal offers PG courses in Architecture; apply by May 7

The School of Planning & Architecture (SPA) Bhopal, which is among India’s top institutions offering education in architecture, has invited applications for its two-year full-time post-graduate programmes starting in the academic year 2023-24.

The deadline to submit online applications is 5:30 pm on May 7.

Programmes

• Master of Architecture: Conservation / Landscape Design / Urban Design

• Master of Planning: Urban & Regional Planning / Environmental Planning / Transport Planning & Logistics Management

• Master of Design

Selection

There a total 188 seats combined in the three programmes and selection to 113 seats will take place through the following channels:

• CCMT (Centralized Council for MTech, MArch, MPlan) https://ccmt.admissions.nic.in

• CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design) www.uceed.iitb.ac.in

• SPA_DAT (School of Planning & Architecture’s Design Aptitude Test & Interview)

Direct admissions will be conducted to the remaining 75 seats. However, chances are less for the students gaining direct admission to secure scholarships.

Application fees

The fee for each Master’s programme is Rs 2,000. For applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste/Tribe and differently abled categories, the fee is Rs 1,000.

A candidate can apply for up to two programmes. Students awaiting final semester results also can apply.
