Over 1.23 lakh candidates to take KEAM tomorrow

As many as 1,23,624 candidates will appear for the Kerala Engineering-Pharmacy Entrance Examination, (KEAM) to be held on May 17 across 339 centres in the state.

The first paper, Physics-Chemistry, will be held from 10 am to 12.30 noon and the second paper Mathematics from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

Candidates can enter the examination hall by 9.30 am. They will be allowed inside the hall till half an hour after the commencement of the exam. There is no dress code.

Those who have applied for the Pharmacy courses need to take only the morning paper. Besides the admit card, the students should carry any one of the following documents for identification purpose: driving license, passport, pan card, election Id, hall ticket with photo affixed, a certificate with the photo attested by the school principal, or one that attested by a Gazetted officer.

Most candidates in Thiruvananthapuram

The most number of candidates appearing for the test is in Thiruvananthapuram district and the least in Wayanad district.
