Thiruvananthapuram: The Onam exams (first-term exams) for the 2024-25 academic year in schools following the Kerala syllabus will be held from September 3 to 12, 2024. Schools will then close for Onam holidays from September 13 to 22, with classes resuming on September 23.
In related news, General Education Minister V. Sivankutty, during a meeting with teachers' organizations, announced that discussions will be held on the implementation of the High Court's decision to quash a government order that set the number of school working days in an academic year at 220.
