Santhigiri Institute of Management, in collaboration with the Logistics Sector Skill Council, organised an international conference on 'Business Transformation and New Generation Management Professionals'. The event brought together experts, academicians, and researchers to discuss the evolving landscape of business management and the role of emerging professionals in the field.

Santhigiri College Principal, Fr Dr Jose John CMI, presided over the conference, while Prof S Ganeshan, Head of Education at the Logistics Sector Skill Council, officially inaugurated the event. The conference featured insights from industry leaders, including Naik Medics Director P Ramakrishnan, College Executive Director Fr Abin Kallarackal CMI, Dr Sini P K, Dr Pradeep S, and LSC member Dr Gayathri Harish.

Faculty members and researchers from various business schools participated in the event, presenting their research findings. The presentations were reviewed by Dr Mathew Joseph and Dr Biju M K, ensuring a rigorous academic discussion.

The conference concluded with a closing ceremony, where Fr Jibu Joseph delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of speakers, participants, and organisers in making the event a success.
