The crew of 'Drishyam' congratulated Mohanlal on winning the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. On the set of 'Drishyam 3', Mohanlal was felicitated with a cake-cutting ceremony. Actress Meena shared pictures of the celebration on Instagram, where both she and Mohanlal were seen in the looks of their characters from 'Drishyam'.

Ansiba Hassan, Esther Anil, Irshad, Jeethu Joseph, and Siddu Panakkal were also present during the celebration.

“To call Lalettan a co-star is an honour, but to call him a friend is a blessing. His dedication and brilliance shine in every role, and 'Drishyam' is another chapter in this beautiful journey of friendship and cinema. So proud of you, Laletta,” wrote Meena.
The current plan is to complete shooting for the third part in 55 days. Director Jeethu Joseph had earlier mentioned that 'Drishyam 3' will explore the changes in the character Georgekutty after four years.
