Kalyani Priyadarshan surprised cinematographer Nimish Ravi with a luxury watch to celebrate the grand success of their movie ‘Lokah: Chapter 1’. The Omega Speedmaster costs approximately Rs 9.8 lakh. Sharing the picture of the brand-new watch, with Kalyani smiling in the background, Nimish wrote that the gift is a reminder that constant hard work always leads to good things.

“Dear Kalyani, this is so generous of you. Thank you so much. This colour connects me directly to ‘Lokah’ and ‘Chandra.’ Beyond everything, this one will remind me that constant hard work will always lead to good things. This movie and the people associated with it serve as a reminder of that. This one is about hard work!” Nimish wrote on his Instagram handle.

An admirer jokingly commented that Nimish may have to start a watch showroom soon. Earlier, Dulquer Salman had also gifted him a luxury watch after the success of ‘Lucky Bhaskar.’

‘Lokah – Chapter 1: Chandra’ has broken all box office records in Malayalam and Indian cinema. More than 1.18 crore audience have watched the movie globally, making Lokah the most-watched movie of the 21st century. Besides, the movie also earned the record of crossing 50,000 shows in the theatres across Kerala. Lokah, the seventh movie produced by Dulquer Salman’s Wayfarer Films has grossed over Rs 290 crore globally.
