Soon after the trailer of Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ was released, fans began circulating an unexpected detail they spotted in the video. A few seconds into the trailer, between the 23 and 24-second mark, viewers noticed what appeared to be a Google Gemini watermark briefly visible on screen.
The moment quickly caught attention on social media, with fans pointing out that the watermark seemed to have been accidentally left in during the editing process. Several users found the oversight amusing, while others expressed surprise that such an error made it into the final trailer of a high-profile project.
One social media user remarked, “Seriously, AI is growing rapidly, but why are they using Gemini in big-budget films?” Another commented that the presence of a visible editing watermark was “shocking” for a film that has been widely discussed as a Rs 300 crore project. Some fans even joked about the coincidence, playing on the film’s title and the AI tool’s name, while others called it a careless mistake that should not have slipped through.
Despite the chatter, the trailer has continued to draw massive attention, with the watermark moment becoming a talking point alongside discussions about the film itself.

‘Jana Nayagan’ features an ensemble cast that includes Pooja Hegde, Prakash Raj and Gautham Vasudev Menon. The film is produced by Venkat K Narayana under the KVN Productions banner, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
