From Ilaiyaraaja to AR Rahman: Celebs extend prayers for singer SP Balasubrahmanyam

After singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, was put on life support, several celebrities took to their social media platforms and prayed for his recovery.

Music composer Ilayaraaja released an emotional video message on his Facebook page and was heard saying, “Balu, get up and come back soon. I am waiting for you.”

AR Rahman requested all the music fans to pray for this legend.

Dhanush, Boney Kapoor, Khushbu were among the other celebs who prayed for SPB.

Meanwhile, SP Charan, son of SP Balasubrahmanyam, issued a statement regarding his father's health. In his statement, Charan said that his father is on a ventilator, but in stable condition.
