Ingredients
Jackfruit bulbs (preferably ripe varikka)
Wheat flour
Sugar
Coconut oil

Preparation
Make a batter by mixing wheat flour, sugar and water as required 
Add the jackfruit bulbs into it
Fry the coated jackfruit bulbs in hot oil.
