He worked in the film field too, often helping with contents related to cooking and food. His looks and cooking methods were liked by hundreds of people in Kerala. Kerlaites had a special love for his catering skills and delicious biryani recipes too. We hadn’t met each other. Last year, when I came to know that he wasn’t well, I had planned to visit him. But, I had to cancel the trip as he was admitted in the hospital. I had then messaged him that we would meet later. The Covid crisis, however, didn’t allow us to meet. Good bye to the Big Chef for whom food was passion, life and career,” wrote Suresh Pillai.
