Investing around $50,000 in customizing his food truck, Nithin equipped it with a refrigerator, cooking range, grill, and essential fire safety equipment. The spotlight shone on Nithin's culinary skills when he served mouthwatering Kerala dishes at a tug-of-war competition in Australia. Since then, his food truck has become a regular feature at events organized by the Malayali Association in Cairns.
