Here's how to clean the tank?
The water storage tank plays a pivotal role in keeping the water clean and safe. Sand, bacteria, dirt and even foul odour may get accumulated in the tank with time, severely affecting the quality of the water. To clean the water tank, take out the tank and the container as per the instructions in the manual. Discard the leftover water in the tank before cleaning it. Now, make a mild cleaning solution by mixing a dish soap and water. Dip a soft cloth or a sponge in this solution and wipe the tank and container using it. Make sure to nicely clean the corners and spots where dirt could get accumulated. After washing, dry the tank under the sun. The tank and the remaining parts should be reinstalled by following the instructions in the manual. Switch on the water purifier only after ensuring that the purifier and the tank are correctly connected.

Clean the filters
The filters in the purifier should be cleaned regularly to remove dirt, dust and bacteria. They should be cleaned only after cutting off the water supply to the tank. The pre filters should be washed thoroughly under running tap to remove dirt and dust. A homemade disinfectant could be prepared using white vinegar or citric acid water. Soak the filters in this solution and then wash them in clean water for effectively disinfecting them. Dry the filters by keeping them in a place with nice air circulation. The filters should be reinstalled only after they are nicely dried.
