Kochi: The grand finale and award ceremony of Manorama Online's 'Golden Clove', a competition organised to identify the best restaurants in Kerala, will be held at Radisson Blu in Kochi on August 1.

As part of the initial phase of the competition, Kerala was divided into five zones, with a panel of culinary experts selecting five restaurants from each zone.

Awards will be presented to restaurants that demonstrate excellence in categories such as taste, menu variety, hospitality, professionalism, and ambience.

Renowned chef Reji Mathew, who has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, will present the awards. The screening partner for the event was Munnar Catering College.
