Ingredients
25 big prawns with tail intact
6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger piece
1 heaped tsp of chilli powder
1/2 tsp of pepper powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
Salt as required
1/2tbsp of lime juice
2 tsp of butter
Coriander leaves, for garnish
Lime wedges, for garnish

Preparation

Grind garlic, ginger, chilli powder, pepper powder, and turmeric powder to a paste

Add lime juice and butter to it and mix well

Marinate the prawns with this paste

Keep aside for an hour

Thread each prawn on the skewers

Place the skewers in a preheated oven (220C/200C) or grill

Keep turning the skewers 

Brush lime juice and butter on them

Grill for for 15 to 20 minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime wedges
