Mutton Korma

Ingredients
500 gm mutton
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger crushed
1 tsp garlic crushed
4 onion chopped
2 tomato chopped
10 green chillies chopped
1" piece cinnamon
4 cloves
2 cardamom
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup coconut grated
10 cashew nuts
1 tbsp ghee
4 shallots chopped
A few coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation
Cut the mutton to pieces. 
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, green chillies, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt together. 
Grind the mix and keep aside.
Grind the coconut and cashew nut together and keep aside.
Add the first marinade and the mutton to a pressure cooker stirring all the while. Cover and cook for three whistles. 
Uncover and add the second marinade stirring all the while. 
Heat the ghee in another pan and fry the shallots till golden brown. 
Pour the mix in the cooker and stir the curry.
Garnish with coriander leaves. 
Serve hot.
