Amritsari Kulcha

As the name goes, this is an Indian bread popular in the northern parts of India. The kulcha has been made interesting with a rare combination of ingredients as garnish.

Ingredients
250gm maida
2 eggs
1 cup milk
5 tsp sugar
Salt as required
2 tsp ghee

For the garnish

250gm pomegranate seeds
1 pinch chaat masala
1 tsp chopped coriander

Preparation
Mix the maida, egg, milk, sugar and salt to make a firm dough like consistency
Make small balls of this dough and roll into a thicker version of a chapati 
On a hot tawa, cook this with a little ghee. Flip and let it cook on both sides 
Serve the kulcha with a garnish of pomegranate, chaat masala powder and chopped coriander leaves
