200 g boneless chicken
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp corn flour
5 cups of chicken stock
1 cup shredded beans and cabbage
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 dsp corn flour dissolved in 6 dsp water
Egg white from 3 eggs
2 dsp celery, cut finely
1 tsp spring onion finely grated
Cut the chicken into small pieces
Apply salt and corn flour to the chicken pieces and leave undisturbed for 45 minutes
Boil stock and when it boils, add chicken pieces to it.
Boil for 3-4 minutes
Add ingredients grouped under '4', cook well
When cooked, add previously prepared corn flour solution to it
When it comes to a boil, lower the flame and add beaten egg whites.
Mix well with fork
Add celery and take it off from the flame
Add minced spring onion and serve
