This crunchy-munchy chicken treat is the best thing you'll make this vacation time. Pick up a packet of cornflakes and some seasoning, and start cooking!
Ingredients
250gm chicken pieces
6 tbsp butter
Cornflakes, as required to coat the chicken pieces
Italian seasoning, as required
For the marinade
15gm garlic
20gm ginger
400ml yoghurt
4 tsp corinader powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt, as required
½ tsp cumin powder
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and smear on the chicken pieces
Keep in refrigerator for half an hour
Once it's well marinated, make a mix of cornflakes, Italian seasoning and butter
Coat the chicken pieces in the cornflakes mix
Grill them on the wire rack so that both sides are heated to a crispy texture
Now, place them in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown
