Easy banana pudding

You don't always need fancy machinery and equipment to whip up something delicious. This easy banana pudding recipe by food blogger Marina Shibu helps you to make just the perfect dessert. You can always go for the no-bake version by steam-cooking it.

Ingredients
2 cups of sliced banana
1 tsp ghee
¼ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/4 tsp powdered cardamom
½ tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Roast banana in ghee
Heat a pan, caramelize sugar with water
Beat egg and milk well
Add cardamom powder, vanilla essence and caramelized sugar to roasted banana
Pour in the milk and egg mixture to it
Bake or steam to cook. Allow to cool.
Flip the pan and demold the pudding upside down in a plate
Garnish with sliced seedless grapes and banana pieces
