Add some Lebanese with an Indian twist to your breakfast! Get a hold of this lovely ragi pita bread recipe and pair it with dewy soft hummus.

Ingredients
For hummus
200 gm chickpeas
4 garlic cloves
2 gm lemon juice
3 gm salt
60 gm Tahini (a seasame paste used in hummus)
5 gm extra virgin olive oil
1 gm paprika
For pita bread
100 gm maida
2 gm salt
100 gm ragi flour
5 gm yeast

70 ml water

Preparation
For hummus
Soak chickpeas in water for 12 hours
Wash and boil the chickpeas till they are cooked
Add garlic and make a thick paste
Add tahini, lemon juice and seasoning
Garnish with paprika and chickpea as shown in the picture, drizzle olive oil on top and add enough salt
Serve it with fresh pita bread
For pita bread
Mix all the ingredients and make dough
Roll them to 2 mm thickness and cut out in round shapes
Set them aside for some time

Bake at 280°C for two minutes
