Who can resist brownies? But instead of making it an all chocolate fare, try the marbled brownies that has both white and dark chocolate!

Ingredients
185 gm butter
185 gm white chocolate finely chopped
3 eggs
275 gm sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
85 gm flour
20 gm cocoa powder
50 gm white and milk chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation
Pre heat the oven to 180°C
Mix the white chocolate and butter and microwave till it melts. Keep aside to cool
In a big bowl beat the sugar, eggs and vanilla essence
To this add the butter mix and the flour slowly
Divide the cake batter into two. Mix cocoa powder into one section
Pour both the batters into a greased cake dish and using a fork make a marble pattern
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes
Serve with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream
