Donuts are the ever happy additions to any celebrations. These yummy spongy goodies would be just the thing your kids would love to gorge on!

Ingredients
250 gm flour
7 gm instant yeast
50 gm icing sugar
100 ml warm milk
25 gm butter
1 egg
Oil for frying
Melted chocolate, sprinkles, coloured icing sugar frosting

Preparation
Mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, butter and the egg and form into dough. Keep aside covered for it to rise
Once the dough has doubled in size, shape it into mini donuts using a donut cutter. Once cut into shapes, keep for some more time to rise
Fry in hot oil till golden brown
Once cooled, dip the donut in chocolate for glazing
To make the frosting, make a paste of water and the icing sugar and add for food colour Dip one side of the donut in this to frost
