Ingredients
450 gm dark chocolate
200 gm melted butter
300 gm sugar
250 ml water
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
25 gm instant coffee powder
210 gm maida
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Mix the dark chocolate, melted butter and sugar in a bowl
Add egg and water to it and beat well
Once fluffy, add baking soda and instant coffee powder to it and beat well
When it softens, gently add maida a little at a time
Pour the mix onto the baking tray and bake for 35 minutes in preheated oven.
