Ingredients
1 semi-ripe papaya
4 tsp ghee
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp broken cashew nuts
½ cup millk
3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cardamom powder

Preparation
Wash, peel and slice the papaya
Remove the seeds and chop them finely
Heat 3 tsp ghee in a pan, fry the cashews and keep them aside
Add papaya to the hot ghee and keep on stirring till the moisture evaporate
Add sugar and milk to it and stir
When the halwa becomes thick again, add the remaining ghee to it, mix well and turn off the stove
Add cardamom powder and fried cashews, serve hot
