Spanish Omelette

Eat in the Catalonian way with this super simple Spanish Omelette recipe. It only take less than thirty minutes of your time and you can find all the ingredients in your kitchen. Add some cheese to it and make it taste like heaven. Viva la omelette!

Ingredients
4 eggs
3 small potatoes
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation
Peel and slice the potatoes and onions into small cubes
Add salt to the potato slices
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they start toturn crunchy
Add onion to the pan and saute
When they turn soft, transfer potatoes and onions to plate covered with paper tissues to drain
Beat the eggs and add some salt
Add the sauteed potatoes and onions to the eggs and mix well
Spread some olive oil on the pan and pour the mixture to it
Cook over low heat and flip the omelette once to cook other side.
When both the sides turn golden, turn off the stove, slice and serve.
