This one is just as ravishing as it sounds. Drumsticks and spinach blended fine with a well-flavoured coconut mixture, topped with a drizzle of coconut oil. Can it get more authentic?

Ingredients
2 drumsticks
1 medium raw mango
½ a coconut, grated
5 red chillies
¾ tsp cumin seeds
600gm spinach
A pinch of turmeric powder
2 tbsp coconut oil







Preparation
Peel the drumstick and cut into two inch long pieces

Peel the raw mango and cut into long pieces
Mix together coconut, red chillies and cumin seeds, and grind the mixture to a paste
Add drumstick, mango, spinach and turmeric powder with a little water to a pot and heat over a stove
After it cooks for a while and almost all the water has evaporated, add salt and then the coconut mixture
Blend well and remove from stove. Drizzle a little coconut oil over it as the final step
