Tapioca chips

Ingredients
2 tapioca roots
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp water

Preparation
Peel and wash the tapioca
Slice them into thin pieces using a slicer
Mix chili powder, salt and water together
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the tapioca slices until their sides turn light brown
Drain the excess oil and reduce the flame
Add the salt-chili powder mixture to it
Stir continuously
After the water evaporated, ladle them out
Place them on paper towels to get rid of excess oil
The crunchy kappa chips are ready!
