Ingredients

1 kg beef
4 big spoons dry red chillies crushed
8 cloves garlic crushed
2 small spoons aniseed crushed
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt
1 big spoon vinegar
½ cup coconut oil
Curry leaves

Preparation
Wash and clean meat
Cut into small cubes
Add crushed red chillies, crushed garlic, turmeric powder, crushed aniseed, salt and vinegar and pressure-cook
Heat oil, season the curry leaves and add cooked beef
Stir till dry
