Step 1
In a plate, spread the curd rice and shape it into the form of a rooster. A bowl of common white rice too could be used. Fry some grated coconut and spread on top of the arranged rice.

Arrange thinly sliced red and green capsicums in the shape of the rooster’s colourful tail. A slice tomato could be used for the wing.
