This Christmas, give yourself a nostalgic treat by turning your favourite hazelnut chocolate into cupcakes. Not only do these taste delicious, but the Ferreros on top also makes them look extra cute!

Ingredients
2 ½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
4 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 ½ cup all purpose flour (maida)
4 egg white
¾ cup curd
For frosting:
½ cup butter
250 gms powdered sugar
300 gms Nutella
2-3 tbsp fresh cream 
Ferrero Rocher chocolates for decoration 

Preparation
Per-heat the oven to 180°C
Blend butter with powdered sugar
Add the egg yolks and salt to the mixture and whisk well
Dissolve the cocoa powder in boiled water add it into the mixture after cooling and whisk slowly
Sieve maida and baking powder and keep aside
Beat the egg whites until it get frothy
Add the flour mixture and egg whites into the cocoa mixture alternately and blend into a smooth texture
Add curd into it and mix well
Pour the batter into the cake cups till ¾th full
Bake these in the pre-heated oven for about 20-30 min till perfectly done
To make the frosting, beat the butter and add powdered sugar, Nutella and fresh cream one by one and beat again
Transfer this to a piping bag and using a nozzle of your choice, decorate the cake with the frosting and the Ferrero Rocher chocolates
You can also spread crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates over the cupcake and squeeze the frosting above it.
