Try this soft and fluffy Khushboo idli

The famous ‘khushboo idli’ of the Tamilians, also known as ‘mallikapoo idli’ in Mysore is as soft as a jasmine! The preparation is easy too. Let’s take a look:
Ingredients
3 cups idli rice
1 cup parboiled rice
1 cup plus 1 tbs urad dal
½ cup sabudana (chavvari)
1 tsp fenugreek
Preparation
Soak all the ingredients all together or separately for 2-5 hours
Grind everything and set aside for fermentation for 8 hours
Add salt and stir the mixture well.
Grease the idli pan with oil and pour the batter and cook.
