1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp rose water
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp dried nuts

Mix 3 tbsp of Sahlab/ corn flour in 3 tbsps of milk.
Stir well till there is no lumps.
Add this mixture into 3 cups of milk and boil by adding sugar.
Add rose water to it.
Stir continuously to avoid lump formation.
When the mixture thickens, remove it from the flame and add cinnamon powder and dry nuts.
This can be served hot or cold.
