Eggless 'egg' pudding

This unique and interesting egg-shaped pudding is delicious and has a melt in the mouth texture. It can be easily prepared without adding gelatin or baking in an oven. Try out this simple recipe of eggless 'egg' pudding.

Ingredients
½ litre milk
10 gms China grass
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Soak the China grass in some milk.
Boil the remaining milk and add the China grass mixture into it.
When the mixture begins to thicken up, turn off the heat and transfer it into the egg-shaped pudding moulds.
Pop it in the fridge after the pudding has cooled down.
Serve the pudding chilled.
