Banana muffins in half an hour

Banana muffins are tasty and healthy snacks that could be made in less than half an hour. Here is how you could easily bake some delicious banana muffins at home.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 ripe bananas (Robusta) 
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
Oil, all purpose flour and liner to grease the muffin tin/vessel

Into a bowl add the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda and salt
Mix well
Mash the bananas well
Into it add the egg, oil and vanilla essence
Give it a good mix
Now add the all-purpose flour mixture gradually
Fold well
Line the muffin tin using the liner
Fill 3/4 of the muffin mould with the batter
Bake in oven at 175 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes
To bake on stove top, grease the holes in an unniyappam vessel and dust it with some all purpose flour
Fill the holes with the batter
Immerse this vessel into another bigger vessel that has been pre heated for at least 2 minutes
Close the lid and bake for 30 minutes on low flame.
