This interesting recipe has kulfi stuffed inside ripe mangoes. Here is how you can easily prepare this special dessert using just three ingredients.
2 ripe mangoes
750 ml milk
¼ cup sugar
Remove the top part of the mangoes
Run a sharp knife around the seed
Slowly pull out the seed using a spoon
Boil the milk and reduce it in one thirds
Add the sugar and mix well
Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down
Pour this into the mangoes
Pop them in the freezer to set (preferably overnight)
Take out the frozen mangoes
Remove the skin
Now cut the mangoes into round pieces with kulfi in the centre
Garnish with chopped nuts and enjoy.
