Ingredients
2 cup crumbled chocolate cookies (store bought)
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup lukewarm milk
Preparation
Crumble the chocolate cookies in a mixer jar
Add baking powder into the cookie crumble
Now add the lukewarm milk and blend well
Pre heat the oven at 170 degree Celsius
Grease a 6/6 inches square cake tin with butter
Pour the batter into the cake tin
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Allow the brownie to rest for five minutes after taking it out of the oven
Spread some chocolate ganache or nutella over the brownie after it has cooled down completely
Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy.
